3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY

Good morning!!!  OMG!!  It was a bit nippy out there this a.m., but SOOOOOOO invigorating!!!  It cracks me up to see how the cold weather affects Happy - she flicks her back legs out in what I call the "Happy Dance!"

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  My crockpot - Chicken, uncooked pasta and spaghetti sauce - Combine, turn on low for 8 hours, add a salad and VOILA!! Dinner!!!  Of course, I have a hard time with all of that except for the salad, but at least I don't have to "think!"

2.  My new skin toy - the Dove Revitalizer - OMG!  This thing is awesome!!!  Bought it at Ulta for $10 with a $2 off coupon - although I have great skin to begin with, this makes it even better!

3.  Christmas music - RELAX!!  I'm NOT playing it yet, just getting all my CD's out and ready!!!!!

Good Morning;

Yes it is a bit nippy:  almost put on my Ravens sweatshirt - Not quite that chilly yet.
Cuddles used to love the colder weather but shes getting on in age now :  she runs
out takes care of business and pulls us back to the door LOL.

Today I am grateful for

1.  My niece Jessica:  I called to wish her a happy birthday yesterday and she said " I wish you would come to dinner with us"  I wish I had too LOL  they went to a Japanese steakhouse
and when they asked for the check their waiter told them :  the other diners at your table
picked up you check :  Talk about cool : Sis says she thinks it may have been a
couple of Ravens football players - shes not sure:  She said maybe Matt Stover and Flacco-
How neat is that.  Well anyway  they are not big football fans so she is not sure but whoever
it was famous or not I think it was an extremely nice thing to do - talk about paying it forward.

2.  for my pilates class last night and my water classes tonight - I cann't  wait- at least
there is not a call for thunder storms this week!!!

3.  That its only Tuesday and I am looking forward to going out with friends this weekend.
My weekends used to be nothing but laying around watching TV - nothing special.
I thank God daily for this new life he gave me thru WLS.

Awwww, Cuddles needs a sweater!!!!  I bought a coat with a hood last year for Happy, but it didn't fit, so I'll take it to Cira's Rocky (well, MY Rocky, really!)

OMG!!! Darla, hit your sister on the head!!!  Flacco's SUCH a cutie!!!  Even if he IS from DE!!!  LOL!!!!  And yes, that was SUCH a great thing for them to do!!!

Hey hey hey - watch what you say about DE!!!!  I went to HS in DE.  (I lived right across the line in PA)  Flacco is actually from Jersey - he just went to the U of D.  Thought I'd clarify. 

Ooops!!!  Thanks for the clarification!!  But really, who cares??  He's a HOTTIE!!!  Football....he plays football???  Who knew???  LOL!!!

Ok Tia - He's only about 22!!!!  Aren't we old enough to be his mom?  Do we call that ---Cougar????  lol!  Ok - yeah - he's a hottie - but I think my daughter would be better suited. 

Actually, I think we only qualify for older sister status!!!  Yes, Cougar.  But as you well know, the ones our age are unpredictable as well!!  SIGH.

No older sister- - maybe you - my daughter is about to turn 21.  The ones my age are about to check out - sigh - way too serious, too grumpy, depressed---yucko!  Aren't there any fun guys over 40?  or 50 (I need to start saying 50 - blah)?

Um...yeah, okay, my delusional little friend, who doesn't look a freakin' day over 35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually have been getting a LOT of hits on a dating site from guys in their 50's - problem is, they LOOK just like you said!!!!

Fun guys over 40???  Wait, you mean fun guys over 40 willing to get off their butts, and see what's right in front of them, right???  Oh....sorry, this isn't about ME!!!  LOL!!!

Yeah right.  I am hating the fact that I am turning 50 in a few months.  I think it will really hit me when the AARP stuff shows up.  Should I subscribe to Modern Maturity?  If you see that sitting on my coffee table - shoot me. 

I know what you mean about the over 50 guys.  They really don't age gracefully, do they?
