Does anyone know how to advertise a room for rent to the military?

I am getting rid of my current deadbeat roommate and would like to find a person who has a legitimate reason for living in someone's basement. a temporary assignment by the military seems like a good one. any suggestions?

Nic -

Why don't you print up a simple notice and email it to me?  I'll forward it to our Training Academy.  Not sure when we have a class going in, but a lot of times, guys from out of state need a residence in Maryland for the 6 months they're in the academy.

Beyond that, you could call the main number for APG and see what they might be willing to post for you.

Have you tried Craigslist.org ? My girlfriend rents out two rooms to midshipmen and that is how she always advertises. She has had some pretty good luck too! ;o) Good luck ~Jilly~
