Daily Workout!!!

Ok guys. Yesterday didn't happen. I had to go to the Belair Petco to take care of kitties and wasn't feeling all that hot anyway. Having some digestive issues. That is all I'll say bout that lol. But I am hoping that I will feel well enough today to go swimming. I really need to keep my exercise going since I eat alot.

feel free to kick my butt people.

Yesterday was the two water classes and I must say between them
and the pilates class Monday night I am feeling the pain.

My body is hurting in places it hasn't hurt since I started exercising
a year and couple months ago.---  major pain but feels good-
Lets me know that the exercise can and will work-  I just have
to stick to it.

Tonight is just bowling but lets see thats 30 frames x 28 lbs
(14 Lbs. ball twice.) = 840 lbs or exercise LOL

Tonight I'm going to my water exercise class!!!!  i can't wait!  My knee will love me i hope :)  Then I think I'm going to do some weights if I'm not too tired......I won't do treadmill tonight.

Loved the water classes last night. And it was especially nice to see an additional OH friend and new gym friend there to join us as well!

Tonight I am planning on going to the gym for the weight circuit and the treadmill. My knee is still recovering from my slip on Monday, so I will either slow down or limit the time if I feel I need to.
