I think my diet today will consist of Tylenol!!  YIKES!!  A horrible sneezing attack left my face feeling like it's going to implode!!!  Ah, fall allergy season!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein bar

S - Apple

L - Turkey, cheese and tomato on Bimbo bread

D - 2 bites of chicken that didn't like me, apple w/pb

S - Popcorn

All my fluids and then some and all my vits!!

hmmmmmm.........I'm so proud of myself.  I haven't been snacking at all lately and I can tell a difference.  It also reinforces my total thoughts about snacking.....I snack not because I'm hungry.....because I'm bored and I'm trying to break that!

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - cottage cheese and some peanuts

d - a big salad topped with cottage cheese (too lazy to bake chicken last night)

all my vits and liquids (I'm getting in about 90+ ounces of liquids now......that counts coffee)

today will be the same thing......I have to start using the greens I bought before it goes bad

and no snacking!

Good for you!!!  Snacking IS evil - like a vicious cycle! 

I know if I'm snacking, it's NOT because my stomach is empty, it's cause my head is full!!!

Yesterday....

B - Protein Shake

S - Granola

L - Tilapia w/cheese and salsa

S - Granola

D - Greek yogurt

No PM Snacks - finally - it was hard - I definitely thinking about it (it is all in my head too!)  Now I just need to do it again tonight!
