Today is my 8 month surgiversary

Happy Surgiversary Nicole!  Can't wait until I can say that it's been 8 months!  I suffer from anxiety and depression also and one of my goals is to be off my meds for that at some point.  I know it's probably not going to be anytime soon.  It's probably a good idea to get back on them until you get to a stable point down the road.  Good Luck!!
