John's Hopkins Bayview Support?

Mari,

I honestly cannot answer that question because the meeting time has never been a good time for me to go.  I'm sure that Pat is there along with the speaker, other than that I haven't the foggiest.  There are plenty of other meetings at other hospitals.  I know GBMC and St. Agnes have them, maybe ask in a thread here to find out from some people who go.  I know there are several.  Between work, school and my 3 year old I just never made it to the hospital support groups.  I use OH exclusively and have been successful.  Good luck in finding the meeting that will work for you!

A Columbia support group would work for me. I work in Columbia, so I could go to the meetings during lunch or something.

Hi -
I'm pretty much a regular goer. Pat's not there all of the time. It usually alternates now with either Christine Walsh (the nurse coordinator) and Margaret. I think it'd be nice if they could have one of the sessions a little later as well. I have surgery on Tues and if I remeber (in my drug induced la-la land) I'll mention it to Christine. Mari- sorry I didn't know who you were or I'd of said hi!

Donna....good luck on Tuesday!  I guess that means you won't be at the support mtg in November? ...ya think?    you'd be about 3 weeks out.  Probably not up for a night out yet.  But if you are, I'll be absolutely sure to say hi!    I want to hear about your surgery with Dr. "S".
