Here's another one: I was buying Easter candy and the lady next to me asked for "desecrated" coconut. I held back a laugh - she MEANT dessicated (chewy, like a Mounds bar!). LOL!!!

Here's another for me. People who don't say good-bye or something of the sort at the end of a phone call and just hang up. How RUDE!!

Ok I must add a couple here...

1. Cell phone users who will not hang up their phone when in the check out line. I've been behind them and the cashier won't finish checking them out until they hang up as they need to talk to the customer who won't pay attention. Cell phones - love em, hate em.

2. The word WASH does not have an R in it. IDEA doesn't either. My SIL insists on calling the District of Columbia WaRshington. UGH.

I'm with you, Ang!! Love 'em, hate 'em, too!!! I REFUSE to answer a ringing cell when I'm at a register. As a customer, even though MOST cashiers have the IQ of a rubber duck, I just feel like it's SOOOO rude to do that to them. Likewise, I generally do NOT answer my phone or texts when I'm with KB. Their "mother" does it all the time, and I know it bugs them. I try to give them my full, undivided!!! And most people who know me know that!

And let me just say this, too - I HATE, HATE, HATE texted chain messages. I hate chain emails, so WHY would I spend MY $ and MY minutes to tell 10 people they're special to me? And what's gonna happen? I'll have a streak of bad luck? That's gonna happen whether I forward the damn message or not!!! And....don't even get me started on the recipes or the dish towel chains!!! UGH!!!
