3 THINGS FOR FRIDAY EVE!!!

I am assuming I know where the Gucci Giant is... At least I think it's the one in Pikesville!

Anyone know if the Catonsville, Rt 40 Giant has TVP?  I still need to check it out....  Thinking I want greek yogurt too, and since I have to see my PCP over that way tomorrow, I might go for a short trip around Giant as well!

The Gucci Giant is indeed the one in Pikesville!!!  When I want to punish myself, I go there on my lunch hour - the parking lot is enough to make anyone beg for forgiveness!!!!

Can we say "Good Exercise"?

I have not had good experiences in there... LOL

There is also one in Hunt Valley. (Gucci Giant that is)

Morning all! 

Today I'm grateful...

1.  Stealing Tia's #1, TVP.  I've had a bag for quite a while but made the TVP Fried "Rice" last night.  OMG!  Sooo good.  Even hubby had some and went back for more.  I hadn't expected him to have any because he's not a huge rice fan but let him take the first bite before he asked me what it was.  LOL!

2.  That this fog is supposed to burn off and although it will be foggy, it's not supposed to rain today.

3.  2 more days until NEW YORK NEW YORK!!!  WOOHOO!

I was thinking about the TVP fried rice and can't wait to make it!!  I'm even more excited now that I've read your review.  Did you add meat to yours?  I think I'm gonna add shrimp to mine.  I wish I had a big enough, nice enough kitchen that we could have an OH cooking day!!  That would be SOOOOO cool.

Hey Fort Queen!

I added rotisserie chicken to mine as I did not have any shrimp left.  I also used 1/2 of a fried rice seasoning package purchased in the Asian Foods area of the grocery store.  It was gooood...but did have MSG so you know I'm retaining water today!  LOL! 

My kitchen is big space wise as it is one long room that is really part dining room, if I used it for that!  But I have very little counter space, cabinet space, pantry space, etc!  UGH!

My dream kitchen has ample counter space, stereo system, deep drawers, lots of cabinets, awesome lighting, an island with a prep sink AND electrical outlets, a 6 burner stove with a water hook-up/hose over the top of the stove so I could fill pots, etc., without having to lug them from the sink, foot pedal operated sink (cause I HATE touching the handle when I've got chicken gunk on my hands), appliance garage, and every kitchen gadget known to man (all hidden away because I HATE stuff on the counters), two refrigerators and a huge freezer.

SIGH....

Tia that sounds grand.. I would like to add a chef and a maid too..
