MIGHT be a false alarm. Went to see the Nephrologist last week, Creatine was high in my labs, but nothing else supports possible kidney problems. Ultra sound was normal. The thought is possibly the extra Creatine is coming from the extra Protein suppliments I am taking in, So Nessa might have hit it on the head, sort of.  Past few months I have been doing lessof the shakes and been eating a lot of Zone perfect bars. Dr Lahn wants me to back off the bars for two weeks and redo labs, again.. The high levels of Creatine was messing with other labs suggesting the Anemia. Which at this time looks to be a false positive.

Just wanted to let everyone know I am still around and doing ok.  I have lost 70 lbs so far.  that means I was 277 and now weigh in at 204.  I still have trouble with water and getting my vitamins in but working on it.

Sounds good!  Vitamins are the easiest thing for me (haven't missed anything in MONTHS)!  Here's what I do.
