Sorry this is not a pleasant question, but I have not had a BM since surgery on Monday. Is this normal and what can post op patients take? I am passing gas, but feel blotted.

Good luck to you also. All of the edema that I had has went away. You are so lucky to have cottage cheese I am clear liquids for 3 week after surgery. It funny you mentioned the broth and jello from the hospital the I had were horrible also.

So... my "girls" could use some help and LIFT lol. I know there was a place called We Fit, but I heard it shut down. Is there anywhere else to get a good bra fitting?? I have no idea what my size is at this point and I need some advice on a good bra with good support.

I had my surgery on the 16th and just got home today at noon my doc kept me an extra nite because i was so week. My feet and hands fell like they r gonna pop off with so much fluid lol i ate some cottage cheese and sf jello puddin when i got home i only took water in the hospital due to the nastiness of the jello and broth:)) Good luck with everything:))

Topic: Friday exercise TGIF!

Wow, things have been really hectic this week and I havent had a chance to get much exercise in since Monday. I did get some walking in Weds, but I cant call it a workout.

I picked up a Wii game, its a Golds Gym Dance workout game. Im going to try that out tonight and I'll let you all know how it goes!

Congratulations!! Glad everything went well. Hopefully all will be smooth sailing from here!

Give it at least two weeks before you get on that scale again. Its all water and gas and what not.
