What a wonderful morning to get out for a walk or run. No gym for me today, it's been almost a week since I've been outside to run and I'm going to hit it hard today, probably 5 miles. I just love the feeling when I finish.
Of course I don't expect you to follow in my footsteps, but it is indeed a great day to ge outside and take a walk - even if only 20-30 minutes. No matter what it is you decide to do, the important thing is to do something. Every day counts!!! Have a wonderful day on purpose! (sorry Cira, couldn't resist).

Hi Jilly! Glad to see you back! Oh and Christy recently posted this recipe for SF pumpkin muffins...I made them this weekend and they were pretty darn good. I also topped them with some light whipped cream cheese mixed with a bit of Splenda.
PUMPKIN MUFFINS (Sugar Free/Low Fat) 1 cup Splenda 1/3 cup applesauce 3 tbs vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 cup pumpkin (canned) 1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 cups water ½ cup chopped pecans or raisins 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice Cream together oil, applesauce and Splenda. Add beaten eggs, pumpkin and water. Mix well. Sift together flour and other dry ingredients. Add gradually to pumpkin mixture, blending well after each addition. Stir in raisins or nuts. Pour into muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
