Plastics in Costa Rica?

Has anybody had post-WLS plastic surgery in Costa Rica? Would you share your advice and experiences? I'm far from ready for plastics, but I'm trying to get a head start on my research. I'm also looking at psjourneys.com and a couple of yahoo groups, but the OH people are most awesome, so I'm asking here too.
