10 months post OP today...

Hello family... Today is my 10 month post Op anniversary.... I have lost a total of 150 lbs since sugery....this is truely amazing.... I cannot believe the difference...Look at that posting pic....Can you believe this is me. The posting pic is my 6 month anniversary.....I have lost 60 more pounds since this pic was taken,....but it is so nice i thought I would add it to my posts... Rae Ann, I remember when you first came out of surgery. You were complaining that it wasn't working for you. Isn't it amazing how a little patience and sticking to the rules works. I am so happy for you you must be close to goal. How about a new picture so we can see what 150 does for you. Hugs, Cheryl

Dear Sunshine Rae: You are awesome, beautiful and an inspiration to everyone. I applaud your hard work, determination, and perserverance. It is a sincere pleasure knowing you and chatting with you online, and sharing information, knowledge and insanity laughter that we often do. I know the road has not been smooth, sometimes it's darkest before the dawn. We often don't see the forest for the trees.
