I am home from surgery
Good for you! Keep your focus these next couple of days and you'll do great.
Make mental notes of how you feel when you drink. Watch the clock and pace yourself. Start the rethinking of old habits now while you have your game face on. This s a whole ne beginning for you now that you are in charge of your life.
You ROCK!!!!!

Hi Tricia
WOW...Dr. Foote is awesome. I was sooo nervous as the clock ticked past 5:00 and I knew it was his time to head home after a long day of surgeries. I was so thankful and happy when he met me in the hallway with big smiles, and said he was all warmed up for me, so I could be one of his "stars" That just melted my heart, as I was sooo afraid he would cancell. Of course, I started to cry then. You can tell that his patients mean the world to him, which is something I find very important in a Dr. He is the greatest!! I love the loser bench...this is fun!!
Hugs,
Cheryl
