I felt the need to post this again so that everyone is aware of the benefits of pre registering for this event. If you register before the day of the event you are guaranteed to get the size shirt you ordered. If you show up the day of event to register you may end up with what is left which may not be your size. Also registering early gives us an idea of how much product to ask from our sponsors. The Center for Comprehensive Weight Loss at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights is teaming up with ASBS (American Society for Bariatric Surgery) Foundation to sponsor this year's Metro Detroit "Walk from Obesity" event. We invite you; surgeons, staff, patients, support groups, and family members to join us in this special walk. This nationwide non-competitive walking event will bring together participants of all ages throughout the community. The walk is open to anyone who wants to participate such as weight loss surgery patients, those living with obesity, the family and friends of those affected by the disease of obesity, healthcare professionals, and other members of local communities.
