Walk for Life-Repost

Hey Kids!!! The second annual Walk For Life will take place at St. John Detroit Riverview on Saturday October 7th. The walk begins at 9:00am and registration opens at 8:00am. If you would like more information or if you would like to register, the phone number call 1-888-440-REAL (7325). I'll walk there that day instead of Lakeside or Rochester Municipal Park. Come and join me. Everybody knows how important walking is for us both Pre and Post ops so get of your arses and shuffle with me. I'll wear my kilt again. Remember that any walk program we do including this one is for everyone so preops don't be shy. kp It will be around Belle Isle. It will be about 4 miles long but you can do any amount you want. Shuttles will be there to move people who can't do the whole thing and water stations will be all over the place. There are supposed to be some vendors there so some trial products will be passed out from what I was told. Registered people will get a t-shirt and remember it is FREE!!! I like free. Sugar free. Free stuff. Free gas. Free flatulence. kp

Heh Kev...Linda told me about this, but what kind of walk for life is it? Breast cancer awareness, etc? Sorry, I've never been on one of those "walks". I would love to register and probably will, just wondering about a little more info.

It's just a walk for us. Fitness awareness. No charity or anything. Just so we can walk and see each other and do the voodoo we do do. I would love to see you there. I'm picking her up on the way. kp
