Empire Blue??

Does anyone else have Empire Blue. I was denied for my TT and thigh lift. I am now going through Dr. Hendrick to see if he can get it approved but I was told that no matter what they would always refer back to this first denial because of the procedure. She always told the rep at the PS office that these procedures are NEVER covered under their policies. If anyone has a history with them let me know please. Suzanne
