Thank you all for being here for me in my time of need. If I have said it once, I've said it a thousand times, They have fixed our bodies, but they forgot about our minds!!! We ARE/Were fat for a reason, for the majority of us it is because of emothional eating. The sad part is that it isn't being addressed in our programs, so we are left to hang out and dry, so to speak. Some of you may be thinking that you don't have this problem, that you aren't ever hungery, yes that is true in the honnymoon stage, BUT when you get past that wonderful euphoric stage of our journey, reality slaps you in the face and you will find hunger again. Do yourselves a favor and save yourself the pain and fear of weight gain Seek counceling NOW before you have this problem, If you are having it now get ahold of it before it's to late. I really like the progam I found at www.masteringfood.com I will keep you all posted on how I am doing with it so far.
Well I will tell you I have gotten on my treadmill twice today and I also completed my first session on masteringfood.com. I am starting to pay attention to what and when I eat.
I will say that 98% of the time I eat right. The only thing I splurge on is sugar free/ low fat frozen yogart, I was eating it everyday. Once in a great while I will eat a small paper bowl of chips, But most bad food I can't eat, I am allergic to wheat and I can't eat sugar, so I have not a lot of choice but to eat good food, but I am grazing on even good things. The thing I like to snack on most is quaker oats multi grain snack cakes, they are like rice cakes but they are multi grain but don't have wheat. They are very good, They are 50 calories per cake, but they are very light and airy so I can eat several of them. So I need to keep these in check. I crave them with every stressor in my life and I have several. I am hoping I will become addicted to exercise again. Before my hernia I exercised ALL the time, but when I got the hernia I was told to put a hold on it until I got it fixed. I should have continued to walk but it was winter and I freeze to death since I lost all of this weight.....LOL. Anyway enough with the excuses. I got my but on the treadmill 2x's today and I am going to make myself do some form of exercise everyday until it becomes a habit again.

You left your paperwork on "mastering food" at my house last week - so if you need it before next month just give me a call and I can bring it to your work or stop by any Wednesday you are in town.
Great job on the exercise! I have found now that I am 9 months out that it would be very easy to get into some old bad habits - like munching when I get home from work, if it wasn't for my treadmill I would be a mess.
