600lb woman on Discovery Health

Just thought I'd post that this is fixing to come on. It seemed like something I needed since I have this slight sore-ish feeling that I suspect is a hernia on my left side. It amazes me that people have the courage to have a camera crew follow the process of the journey. I admire them because it definitely helps you with potential problems and its nice to see what the outcome is for them. I'd give them my time for free plastic surgery!!!!

HI, I have seen 2 of those shows...one was called Jackies Story and the other was about a women living in a special hospital for the obese. Both, I found touching BUT....I would never have a camera crew follow me. Do they get paid for that? Robin

I would assume they get some compensation for the extreme lack of privacy. It's what put Jessica and Nick on the map,,cuz it sure was not their talent for sure!!!!
