I think popsicles are becoming my friend. How much fluid does one count for? Marie

I'm thinking it's only an oz. or maybe two. Can't recall for sure, but not more than two.

Probably not much, but enjoy them anyway. I remember the phase when I ate the all the time. Good luck. Tracey

I was nauseous A LOT very early after my surgery. Popsicles were the only thing I could tolerate for many weeks. At the time, I didn't know I was allergic to milk and WHEY which was in the protein drinks I was trying to choke down that made me sick. So, I would have a popsicle and it would soothe my stomach. My husband and I joked about the "magical, healing powers" of sugar free popsicles. LOL!!! Enjoy them. I ate at least 8 a day for a while ( I ate the ones with splenda, though. Aspertame gave me major headaches). It got me through those early weeks and months! Tina

At the hospital we use twin pops that you can break in half. Half of a popcicle is 50cc. 1 oz is 30cc. So it is almost 2 oz. Tina
