Nausea

I have been extremely nausea for two day I am at work feeling like I can just >>>>> all over the place. All smells are getting to me, I have not eaten any thing but some protein mixed with orange juice today. I am sick to my stomach : barf:. HELP Me I had surgery 9/5/06 i am down 39 lbs

Maybe you are waiting to long between meals and your pouch is rebelling. Try a shake and then 2 hours later eat something lite with protein. kp

Thank you KP, this full sensation is overwhelming. what about my super now I can smell everything nose and what I could not eat before I can now, so I guess I will just have to have shakes. My friend is 3 years out but still has not reached his goal said that the orange juice is too stong for my pouch. It is fresh ad diluted with my protein. Thanks Kp will do!! Cheryl

Cheryl, There is a nasty stomach bug going around now, and since it's been two days, that may be your problem. After surgery, I was convinced I was going to die, and totally regretted the surgery because I was nauseated for three straight days and couldn't even drink water. Then it passed, and my kids got sick as well. So maybe it is a virus....especially since it's going around this area. If it lasts longer than a few more days, call your doc. Brenda

Thanks Brenda today is a better day , I took KP's advice and I feel better. I thought about a stomach bug but thank God nooooooooooooo. Cheryl
