I am 2 months out and I am stuck at the same weight. I don't understand this at all. I spent 1 week stuck at a weight, then I lost 2 lbs and I was stuck, then another 4 lbs and now i am stuck again. I just don't understand this. I am getting really frustrated. Any suggestions? Stacey B

Nope. You can at anytime. If it was significant to you on the way up you will probably stop there on the way down. Every one of my plateaus were right near a major spot in my gain. Change something to get it going again - more water, walk and or protein. kp

I have planned a 2 mile "Halloween Walk" with my son. Hopefully both of us make it. I have upped the water...maybe in a few days I will notice a difference. Thanks.

stacey, sounds pretty normal to me. i go about a week in between losses normally. sometimes i will change my diet around a bit to shake it up. seems i get in an eating rut, and i will change my meals and snacks around, increase protein, and go from there. hang in there, it willmove! Teri

Stacey - unless you are past menopause you will have plateaus due to the time of the month also - I will stay the same for a week or 2 and then lose several pounds in a couple days. It muxt be from retaining water. It also seems that the more I eat sometimes, within reason, the more that I lose. Haven't figured that out yet.

doesn't sound like you're stuck. it sounds totally normal. don't expect to lose every week no matter what you do, some people do but others don'****ch your body shrink. leave the scale alone.
