i know you may not want to hear this,,but you probably are doing better right now then you have ever done before with other diets,,,you see other diets your loseing slower so you can lose steady,,,here you lose lots at a time then your body had to catch up,,,dont worry,,its going to come off just fine,,,just eat right anyway,,,get in your protine,,about 45 to 75 and dont forget to drink drink drink tha****er,,,and limit your carbs,,,,everyone goes through this,,its very normal,,,just keep on keepin on,,,ok,,,you have a wonderful day,,,talk to you again soon,

Stacey - unless you are past menopause you will have plateaus due to the time of the month also - I will stay the same for a week or 2 and then lose several pounds in a couple days. It muxt be from retaining water. It also seems that the more I eat sometimes, within reason, the more that I lose. Haven't figured that out yet.
