Research Paper
OK to the people *****sponded to my request for information for my research paper sorry I have not gotten back with you. But this is what I am looking for I want to know how your life has change since your surgery, If anyone has suffered from any complications (but I have the topice covered pretty well from my own journey). Support from family and friend or if you have come accross any negative people when you let them know that you had the surgery. You can either reply to the post or email privately. Anyone is welcome to supply information the more sources the better. Thanks again and I will let you all know what my grade is. Thanks Tricia
Earlier this year, I was telling my friends Lynn and Michelle about how much weight I had lost since the last time I saw them, and then the next think I knew, Michelle was complaining how her friend tried to get WLS and was denied. I couldn't get a word in, but at least Lynn stood up for me, and that I had to fight the insurance company to get it.
The more I think about it, I honestly believe that it was Michelle who tried to get WLS. I do not know what type of insurance she has, but from the talk here on the board, some insurance seems to be harder than others.
Lynn and Michelle could both benefit - One is 5'0" and the other 5'2". I remember one time my mom referred to Lynn as a butterball. I, however, would not tell them to get this. I know my decision to have RNY was a hard one to make, but I had done everything else and had suffered over 30+ years
I would have been more than happy to have helped out, but then I was never asked...
