I'm not KP but I had this same problem. I'm about 2 1/2 months out and I had a stall in my weight loss. KP gave me some great advice. He told me to stay away from the carbs. I'm not sure if you are having any carbs but they are EVIL. I also switched up the kinds of protein I was eating. I found that I wanted snacks and I was having Pita Chips (Carbs) and I switched to peanuts. I know they are loaded with fat grams but it is supposed to be the right kind of fat. Having an ounce of those helped with my craving for snacks and I got in some protein. I also got some protein bars. Just the different proteins helped my system and I lost 6 1/2 lbs in one week. No worries. TYou will lose at a different rate then men do so don't guage your loss by us. Also, everyone is different. Make sure you haven't gone into starvation mode. Jump start the day with a shake and water and your vite. Keep the water going all day and make sure to take in some protein every 2.5 hours. Walking is big. It means you are still alive and need to burn cals so your body will use your fat stores. Water, walk and protein and you will be fine. Don't panic. The slower you lose the better your skin will be. You won't bag up as much. Remember too that you may not lose pounds but you will lose inches. kp

Did you know that upper case letters are much higher in carbs and fats (and hence calories) than lower case? it's a fact.

You'll get there. You may be in starvation mode. Make sure no carbs. Lots of water. More protein. First thing in the am is protein shake. Water then walk. That will get you going. Then do the same 2.5 - 3 hours later and so on. kp
