Hi Connie!!!!! You go to MMPC on the 21st?? I go back on the 27th!!! Hey let me know what they tell you to do for this stall!!! I am drinking and eating all I am supposed to now and I have been stuck here since the 30th!! This is weird isn't it?? I lost 37 pounds since July when I was first weighed in at MMPC. 22 since surgery. Hopefully this stall will start moving again and we will be happy campers once more!!!! Good luck!! Hugs Judy

Hi Judy, If you have the time, browse back to older posts. You will see tons of people posting the same thing. Honestly, don't worry. I drove myself crazy worrying about it. My weight drops a teeny bit each week, but at least it's still dropping. I went through a horrible time at 2 months when I just completely stopped. No amount of protein or water or walking would make it budge. Then, for some reason, it started up again. But for almost 4 weeks I cried thinking that I had made a horrible mistake having this surgery! Plus, before surgery when I was anxious or worried, I would eat to feel better....and now I couldn't even do that! I promise you it will get better. You are smart and know how to eat and what to do. I would bet my paycheck that you aren't eating "bad carbs" or anything crazy. So don't worry about it. We've all been there. I have never met anyone that didn't start losing again after a period of time. One last suggestion is in addition to walking, if you can do a little light exercise for toning that will help a ton! I do the Core Secrets program, I got it from Dick's Sporting goods, and it's not too hard on you at all. Even though the scale didn't move, I lost clothes sizes and that feels great. Be sure to post when you start noticing a difference! Brenda

I've been in a rut for a couple of weeks too. It seems like I am playing with the same 3 or 4 pounds every day. One morning, I will get on the scale and be 3 pounds lighter than I was the night before, but later the same night, will have gained the 3 pounds back. Weird, huh? I don't sweat about it though because the days my weight doesn't move are the days I have had trouble eating. Like yesterday...my weight at 8 am was 252.8. Last night at 9:30, after having eaten only about 3 ounces of meat and cheese, and drinking about 50 ounces of fluids---all day--I was at 256.6! I always weigh naked so it's not what I am wearing. I think my body goes into starvation mode. I basically ignore those fluctuations and get on with it...I vow to do better tomorrow with eating my 6+ smallies and 48+ fluids. After all, 252-256 feels alot better than 300.9!
