Dr Footes office called and am set up to see the internist and behavourist for nov 29 th !! I cant belive that soon and I see Dr Foote dec 6th . am so happy this is all happening so quick , I was so afraid it would take so long to get in to the dr and get things moving , I was thinking maybe I should take a letter from my own dr and like my topps books that sort of things ? so he has all the info he needs . Sherry, Take all documentation that you can find referring to your weight loss. If you have any counseling weight loss issues that will count as well. Also Dr. Foote will give you information on what you need for approval as well. The more information you have in advance the faster the approval. Take care, Janice
