I feel your pain. I throw up all the time. My pouch really doesn't like meat of any kind. I have tried chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, ground turkey, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, many types of fish and the pouch says NO!! I have been told that by about 6 months out I should be able to tolerate more meat. I hope so because I am getting bored with what I am eating. Stacey B

Happy Belated Birthday, Judy. I'm sorry you got sick on the crab legs. I know the feeling well. I'm pretty much a stick in the mud now on what I eat. I know what works and what doesn't. You're still learning - the hard way, just like I did. I bet once you're about 3 months out, you'll be able to scarf down a crab leg and it won't bother you. I've found if I'm asking myself if I should eat one more bite of something, the answer is NO because I'll pay for it soon after. Take care and I hope you're feeling better today.

Eating too fast is my demon too - - I still find myself racing through my meal if the food tastes really good or if I'm in a restaurant where everyone else is shoveling it in. I wonder if I'll EVER learn to eat slow? I can eat crab (no butter), but I didn't give it a try until I was probably three months out. So, try again later on and I bet you'll be okay. Happy Thanksgiving! Karen

HAPPY HAPPY JUDY!!!! Belated I should say. I'm surprised you are eating real food right now. I did not start eating real food until I was 6 weeks out. So maybe it is a combination of the crab legs being too rich and eating too fast. But that was the hardest part for me - learning how to eat again - small bites and s l o w. Don't worry, give it some time, you'll be able to eat them again. I LOVE crab legs. I eat them w/ my FIL all the time. Happy Thanksgiving to you! Looking forward to some time off. Take care, Carey
