I need someone to help me with this

I want to upload some pictures to put in my profile. It will not let me because it is saying i have to have jif or jpg it say i have bmp what can i do about that can i change the pictures to jif or jpg? Please help me if you can Thanks Deb

Deb, you will need to save the picture as a jpg. Open up the picture and go to the drop down list at "save at type: choose jpg and that should solve your problem. Also be sure the picture is the right size, I always have to downsize my pictures. i hope this helps. Janice
