2 week post-op Update!

I put just a drop of olive oil in a pan... heat it... then add diced onions, fresh garlic (both to taste). Then I cut up the livers cook them through.... I add some Mrs. Dash table blend, then I blend it all up and there is my pate'. There are many varieties and different things you can add. Go to allrecipes.com and put pate in a search, mix and match what you like. Good Luck....

Glad to hear that you are doing so well. You have an awesome attitude, keep it up!
You'll be surprised by the food things that happen in this next year. You'll be out with the kids and realize you have a sugar free snack in your purse, and get really excited! Or maybe you'll go out to eat and instead of ordering what you used to, you'll notice a menu item that is full of protein and not a lot of fat...and you'll think YIPEE!!! Protein!! It's a lot to get used to, but as you already know, a happier and healthier life.
