buying scales- any suggestion?
The fat analyzers really are kind of silly. They cannot do what they are supposed to do by standing on a scale. I have one and it really doesn't seem to do much.
My scale however is a tanita and I think that is an excellent brand. Always reliable and dead on with my doctor's scale.

Hey Dawn-- thanks so much for the input. I won't be having my surgery until March, but figured I should start getting things done between now and then...like the scales and trying some protein drinks. I read your profile...very informative. I'm sure I will refer to it if I have any questions. Thanks so much
Dawn
another thought might be to save the money and the frustration of wieghing and focusing on the number and use the money for something else.....you will get weighed when you to to the doc for follow up etc............so you will know what you are losing............but could avoid the number obsession that many of us have......just a thought.............hug rae
