4 Weeks Out!!!

It is hard to believe that it has been 4 weeks already. I just moved up to my next level of foods and I never thought I would look forward to turkey spam... LOL... It is a whole new adventure with foods every two weeks, but so far so good, I have not had a problem with anything I have eaten, I have not ate too fast or too much yet that would make me sick.... I am down 31 pounds since surgery and gone from a size 26 to a 20... I am actually down 50 pounds from when I started my journey. I am so happy that I did this, I can't wait to see the results by this time next year. My spirit and my entire mood is so much better. Even my shrink said I look wonderful, both physically and mentally. Thanks so much to everyone for being here for me since I started this journey back in the spring. You are all so wonderful.
