Brown 1 1/2 - 2 # very lean hamburg (season as you like); add 1 can Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans; add about 1/3 of a 2# loaf of light Velvetta Cheese (I cube it), and stir until Cheese melts.
Over Christmas we added 1 jar of mild salsa. Was great to dip tostitos in.
I freeze a couple of containers of the hamburg, bean, & cheese mixture. It's great to pull a protein meal out of the freezer when I don't have time or don't feel like cooking.
