It had light velvetta cheese, beans, hamburg I think, etc... Packed with protein. I can't remember now who posted it! A friend just emailed me for it, cuz she had it at my house once and wants to make it too, so if you have it, please post! Thanks, Theresa P.S. HOW IS EVERYONE????

I got my clock cleaned yesterday at school by a door. I was pretty silly for a while. I was out for about 20 seconds and ended up nauseous about an hour later. I'm much better today and almost back to my rotten self. kp

Brown 1 1/2 - 2 # very lean hamburg (season as you like); add 1 can Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans; add about 1/3 of a 2# loaf of light Velvetta Cheese (I cube it), and stir until Cheese melts. Over Christmas we added 1 jar of mild salsa. Was great to dip tostitos in. I freeze a couple of containers of the hamburg, bean, & cheese mixture. It's great to pull a protein meal out of the freezer when I don't have time or don't feel like cooking. Happy New Year!
