Sorry I've been MIA......

My apologies to the board for being gone alot this past weekend. My nephew, Zachary, age 7, from Kalamazoo, was up from Thursday-Sunday. I've got quite a story to tell. But I'll keep it brief. I took him (HIM, not me) horse back riding.......rollerblading (HIM, not me) and ICE Skating .......basketball, and movies, eating pizza and we made chocolate chip cookies (not SF-this way he could take them home) photo url: http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i187/twinkles59/makingcookies01.jpg It was truly a remarkable time, especially when on Saturday when we were making cookies, and I ended up with chocolate chip cookie dough all over my living room floor!!!!!!!!!! (thank goodness for Oxy-Clean!!!) Zach riding horse: http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i187/twinkles59/ZachRides6.jpg So I've been busy, and this week I move into my 2nd shift position at work, 415pm-1215am, Sun-Thurs, leaving Friday for Ypsilanti to see the good doc DiNick on Saturday @ Barix/FHMC, and then back home Sunday sometime. I guess the one thing I notice, that no matter how busy I was, I always remembered my friends here, and felt like I was MIA. I usually post something frequently, but just haven't had time. Now life is back to somewhat irregular, having to adjust from getting up at 5am, to going into work at 4pm, and staying until after midnight, change my eating habits, protein patterns, etc. One thing this allows for is MORE WORKOUT TIME!!!!!!!!!!! Primarily because it's easier to work out before work, than after-since the facility my membership is at closes at 6pm weekdays. Hope everyone is having a great 2007!!!!!!!!!!!! ya know I have to say I wondered what happened (yea i'm not to smart I guess LOL). But I thought the other pics I had seen of you, you had shorter hair. Well I think you look great in both ! But I know what you mean, I hope that after I lose the weight I can grow mine out. For some reason I think that I look better in shorter hair since I have such a fat face LOL You look great ! ! ! ~~Rona

Well it sounds like you had a very nice weekend. I love the photos thanks for sharing them with us. Wishing you an easy turn to your new hours. I love the new hair I wish mine would get that long also. Wth time we will see. lol My lab test came back all good. So I am happy with that. Stacey, Welcome back, glad you had fun with your nephew. Being with family should be the most important thing beyond ourselves. Be sure to say hi to Carey while at Barix. Thats nice to know... One of these days whenever the darn insurance company gets off their butts, I will be able to see the legendary Carey in person. I have heard a lot about her...

Kurt, I don't want to embarass her but I can tell you this about her: (from my experiences) She is an angel, she is kind, caring, dedicated, sincere, a beautiful person inside and out, and she truly loves her work and it shows. She is supportive, genuine, loving, came to see me while I was in the hospital at Barix in October, has the most amazing smile and is an important part of Forest Health/Barix Clinic in Ypsi. I know this because I've spoken to her since ................................ sometime in 2006 when my journey to abdominoplasty began ..... Stacey W
