2 Months & "First" Goal

Today I am 2 months out.... woooo hoooo... I hit my first goal today too... I wanted to be 50 pounds down from the surgery when I got to 2 months and I hit that exactly this morning when I weighed myself... I am so excited... so I am 50 pounds down from surgery and 69 from before the liquid diet.... Woooo Hoooo!!! I am so happy for myself.... I started at 309 the beginning of Nov. I was 290 just before surgery I weighed in at 240 this morning... Wooo Hoooo!!!!! I still have to do my measurements for today, but I am down from a tight 26 to a comfy 18 so I know the results are there...... I am so thankful that I had this surgery! Shawn M.

Super Job!!! :bow: I was slow at first (about 15 a month) and then it really picked up, so be prepared to go clothes shopping, it doesnt take long.

Thanks so much... I didn't think that was slow.... is it???? I have clothes saved down to a 12 so I am fairly prepared for now, I can't imagine being smaller than a 12, but hey... maybe .... I will be amazed if it goes faster than 25 pounds a month... whew.. I can't even imagine that... LOL... Well, thanks again!!! Shawn M.

Oh No, You are doing a GREAT job. 25 lbs per month in the first two months is great, I was the one that was slow at about 15 lbs a month, sorry if I confused ya
