You were full of poop. We just have to up our calories and stay away from sugar. Add a protein bar twice a day for a while and see how that works. If I take one out I start to drop again. kp

Yeah that was for sure!!! I have yet to find a protein bar that does not make me gag. I wish I could find one that was not like eating sawdust. I will try!!!!! Thanks!

Hi Hon, I know you have as much trouble keeping the weight on as I do trying to get it off! Have you tried the South Beach Diet High Protein Cereal Bars? Not the regular "protein" bars, but the High Protein Cereal bars that are in the granola bar isle? They truly are delicious and NO icky taste. The peanut butter ones are good and so are the chocolate ones. 10 grams in one and don't have that weird aftertaste or that gritty feel. I promise you....I know you don't trust my judgement cuz I like Atkins drinks but really, these are good! Best of luck my friend!!! Hugs, Theresa

I go over on those. I tried a couple of times and they send me. The only way around it is to eat half of one for about an hour. Otherwise,,,,,,,,,, kp

Do you know how many sugar grams!!!!! Holy crap they have 18 grams of sugar. I would be praying to the porcelin goddess if I ate one of those South Beach Bars. I checked them out today. YIKES!!!! I would not even touch the box again for fear that just knowing how many grams of sugar was in it would put me over the edge.

Well there you go. I forgot the number. I can handle about 7 grams over 40 minutes. After that I sing the Schuhknecht song. kp
