I am craving regular instant mashed potatoes !!! Is is ok on full liquid diet post op ??? Help

I did not eat those until the second or third stage of my diet post op. If you are questioning it, you should call your nutritionist. Suzanne

Full liquids are protein shake, pudding strained creamed soups etc. Runny mashed are a little risky yet. kp
