What Multi do you take?

HI, I take Kirkland (Costco) brand Multi-Vit(2), Vit C (2) and Vicatives (3) per day. It seems to work for me. Best of luck Robin

I take Country Life Adult Multi Chewables!! Actually three a day! EAT your protein and drink your water, all of what is happening to you is NORMAL (if there is such a thing LOL) it is simply your bodies natural reaction to surgery. As for the self esteem issue, try wearing some clothes that LOOK younger, cut your hair!! and try some new makeup things it might help at least it did for me , I know I went through this major melt down about my looks for awhile too, but heck people who have not seen me in years tell me I look FABULOUS, so I will take them at their word SMILE, look how far you have come You look GREAT!!!
