Wow moment.........

I had a wow moment tonight at dinner with my husband and daughter. As I slid into the booth of our favorite family resturant, I looked down and noticed about a 4 inch space between my belly ad the table. It wasn' like that a few week ago when we were there!!!! I was exstatic and distracted through our whole meal. Iv'e been stalled weight wise for the past few weeks so this was a reminder that I am loosing even if it isn't on the scale. My first WOW moment was a few weeks ago when I had to fly to Texas at 5 weeks out for a funeral. I was actually able to sit in the seat, buckle the belt and had to tug to tighten the slack. I am eight weeks out and I am amazed at how different I look in my face. A coworker yesterday told me I look 10 years yonger. Down 40 lbs siince surgery. WoooooHOOOOOOO!!! Karen

Yeah Karen, That booth thing is a classic, wait til you go to the movies and have room! When I was almost 400 lbs I broke one of the cupholders off!! Yikes! Now I could almost sit another person in there with me! Wendy

Congratulations on the WOW moment Karen. After losing over 100 pounds I can't hardly do a booth any more because I'm too far away and spill food all over me. What a difference from what used to be. Keep up the good work!!

Hey Karen, Feel's great!!!! I remember back (not to long ago) when I couldn't even fit in a booth. Now there is about 18 inches between me and the table. Congratulations on your WOW moment. There will be lot's more to come God bless you, Annette
