3 Years out today
It is hard to believe it has been three years already. I get a bit scared thinking that I've adjusted to my new life to the point I almost don't remember the years of torture as a super morbidly obese person. I'm glad I have maintained the same weight for the last year or so. KP has kept my head on straight and I am grateful for that. Thanks to all of you who continue to share your journey and support eachother. I am particularly glad to continue to see the "old-timers" stay with this board. We have an obligation to support the newbies.

KP HAS A WAY ALL HIS OWN TO KEEP US ON TRACK DOESN'T HE?? 
I AM JUST OVER 3 1/2 MONTHS OUT AND KP HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH ALREADY AND I HOPE HE CONTINUES TO BE HERE FOR ME AND ALSO FOR OTHERS THAT NEED TO BE KEPT ON TRACK IN THEIR JOURNEY.
YOU HAVE INSPIRED ME ALSO JON...KEEP IT UP!!!!

I am so proud of you!!! You have done so well my friend!! I agree that we "old-timers" need to keep up. I try as much as I can but with school and my daycare, the kids and this nasty divorce, I'm in a whirlwind these days. I do try to keep up with reading posts but just don't get to respond much. Happy Anniversary honey.
