I can't agree with you more, Jon! A big CONGRATULATIONS to you on your 3 year anniversary! I just hit mine in December, and it's hard to believe it's been that long, doesn't it? I've slipped up some, as you all know, but I will always continue to try. I also am WAY ahead of the game as to where I was 3 years ago!! I'm so glad you are doing so well Jon! You definitely are one of MY heros Jon. I will be 3 years in June with KP. I agree that it is a bit scary now that we are TOTALLY responsible for our eating habits, but so far it is good.
