wow time
well i finally bought a scale for home and i have lost 30 lbs since jan 8, but i think its at a halt , the last few days its been the same. i have mainly been eating oatmeal, protein drink, water, wendy's chili and jello. last friday my neighbor bought me orange roughy dinner from my favorite place, and it was fantastic, i made 4 meals from 1 large piece of fish, wow, also had greens beans diced up. wow !!!
now i just have to come up with a meal plan i can manage ! any sugestions??/
all of your ideas have helped alot the last few weeks, but i need a more specfic daily plan to follow or i'll screw up !! are there any sites to help me with that ?? exp.. bfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner ect.
i am at a lost trying to figure out requirements on a daily basis.
