Yes sorry the date is Febuary 20th it will either be at 7:30am or 8:30am I do not have the time frame. I am either the first or second case of the day. The vitamins that I am taking are called vitamedica you start taking them two weeks before surgery you take three in the am and three in the pm and that helps you with a faster healing then three days before surgery you take Bromelain which helps with less anti inflammatory then after surgery you take amica montana which helps with swelling and bruising. I was told that they use the prorgram in Europe. Tricia
