Update on Dawn V. bypass surgery!

Hi Everyone, I talked to Dawn's daughter today; she said Dawn came through with flying colors!! She will be in intensive care until at least Wed. and from there go to her own room again. No news yet as to when she will be coming home. When I talked to Dawn last night she was in great spirits; and said she was going to go out this way. Thank God all has came to pass with good results.. I will try to keep you posted. Dawn's daughter says thanks for all them emails; and prayers. She got 7 pages at the hospital; and the whole family thinks that is great. Sincerely, Judy R

I had started a thread/post on the same thing and thought it best to delete it and keep it to one thread/post so here's my post: I just spoke to Dawn's daughter (521pm EDT) and THIS IS GOOD NEWS!!! Dawn is out of surgery, in ICU and the surgeon said THE SURGERY WENT UNBELIEVABLY WELL!!!!!!! They did NOT do a quad bypass, they only did a triple. She lost no blood, didnt need a transfusion, everything looks great. She is off the ventilator, and resting in ICU at present. She should be in a regular room on Weds of this week we hope. Her daughter told me this morning the nurse brought in 30 pages of emails from people here and on the main board, each page contained 6-7 emails. DAWN'S FAMILY SOBBED WHEN THEY SAW THE EMAILS FROM THIS SITE!!! What a true way to show your heartfelt love for someone.
