I am just wondering when you can start taking pills? I have a terrible headache but I hate the liquid Tylenal. I am 16 weeks post-op and have no problems. I do go back to the surgeons on March 12th but I was just wondering. Thanks for any help.

I was taking them in the hospital. But was told no larger than a regular m&m. Now I have no problem taking pills, if I think they are to large I'll use my pill cutter.

I crush mine, they taste nasty but they work faster because most of it never gets to your system by the time it dissolves. Good Luck!

At 16 weeks out, I could take small pills. If it is the Tylenol caplets, try breaking them in half. Diane

You do need to call and ask the surgeon, but I was taking pills the day I left the hospital.
