Aside from a lot of bruising, low hemoglobin and a blood transfusion. All went well. They checked for leaks and there are none. Since this happened so fast, I am looking for advice from the experts. *What kinds of things did you eat when you got home? What did you full liquid diet look like? *How did you feel? Were you up and about? Did you have abdominal pain? When if ever did you start to feel like yourself? Any other advice you think I need or would like to share? I am anxious to join you on the losers bench. Kati

Welcome to the losers bench!!! Each day should get better, but if you ever think anything is not right, don't hesitate to call your doctor immediately. Good Luck on a speedy recovery... Shawn M.

Welcome to the losers bench....where losers is a good thing..LOL Didn't your Nutritionist give you any paperwork or manual to follow? Full liquids are things like Pudding, cream soups, broths, jello, yogurts. I was shopping 3 days afrer surgery. I hardly had any pain at all. I was still quite tired though.
