What have you found after surgery that you cannot tolerate and used to be able to eat? Anything give you weird symptoms (not dumping). What fruit and/or veggie can you eat and 'never get enough of'? I cannot eat broccoli - cooked anyway at all or raw. I cannot eat strawberries anymore...especially with Smuckers SF Hot Fudge - DUMP, DUMP, DUMP!!! Cantaloupe - I can eat it without problems, but I have found that I get hiccups afterwards. Is that normal?? Mandarin Oranges & Apples - HAVE to have them atleast three or four times a week. I am expanding into more fresh fruits and vegetables lately and am curious as to what others have a problem with. Or weird things, like my hiccups!?!? Thanks! Michelle

Every time I eat apples, I get pain in my side. I tried eating them without the peel, and the same thing happens. I have the same reaction when I eat carrots. Other than those two, I can eat anything. I really love strawberries with a touch of Equal. I dig celery with peanut butter, too.

I can eat any fruits or veggies. If I eat apples, I just have to make sure I chew them REALLY well. I can eat oranges, but often end up spitting out the "skin" (not the peel). That part usually doesn't want to stay down...the rest of it does fine, but the "skin" part comes back up...usually 10 or 15 minutes after I eat it...LOL! Strawberries, I love. Melon is fine...just have to chew it up really well. Grapes are fine. Unfortunately, I haven't found much I CAN'T eat after surgery....fruits, vegetables or otherwise. Oh...veggies...I can eat them, too. Cooked or raw...doesn't matter. Love raw cauliflower and broccoli. Yum! Tina
