2nd ReBirthday and 200 Lbs later

Hard to believe it has been 2 years today ,harder to believe it is 200lbs I have lost in that 2 years. Would do it all again in a second. 5xl shirts to Large,56x30 pants to 34x32 , it is pretty unbelieveable and I am just glad I had the chance to change. Thanks to all the OH familys support, KP, Jon, Suzanne, Mary D, Annette, Jay,Mel, everyone I missed thanks for the support... I will try and get a new pic I am about 20 lbs lighter than my current pics... Thanks Paul

Congratulations, Paul, you have had a tremendous success, through your hard work. I remember when you were getting ready for your surgery, as I was a pre-op then, and reading everything I could find here on the MI board. We both went through CORI back then. I want to thank you for how supportive you were to me when I had my plastic surgery last fall, answering so many questions for me. I, too, have lost 210 pounds, and can't believe how wonderful it feels. To all the newbies out there, it can be done, with hard work and determination. I say this as I just finished a six mile workout and sit here sipping some hot protein!!!! Debra M. 351/141
