Wow congrats Paul I have watched your transformation and you have done fantastic. Isnt it a great feeling to get rid of all those clothes that are too big? I just had St vincent de paul pick up 13 garbage bags of my clothes that were too big. I have lost 192 lbs in just over 16 months. I have been very stable with my weight loss now but that's fine with me. I was ready to be happy with 100 lbs lost, I could never have fathomed that I would lose almost another 100 lbs above that. Anyways, you look fantastic, Congrats again. Lynn
