This morning I am -200, 50 gone , I can actually wear my jeans instead of 2xl sweats. I am still struggling on what to eat and learning to cook.
From books.Last night I cooked a roast in my new slow cooker and it was delicious !! And I didn,t spend the night on the pot!!!
I miss my sister she would b proud of me, she passed in August 07,my main problem now is that I am very waek in my legs and arms, I lost my strenth, I have requested old cori Dr.Taylor for supervised phycisal therapy and no answer yet, been 2 weeks, msgs problems my appt is 3/5.
I need to be able to do my job, truck driver and now I can't climb in/out of nothing, I have been walking on treadmill but I only have until 3/31 then no insurance or job, I'll b laid off, so my short term disabilty end then too !! Dr.Taylor needs to take care of this, I need paperwork to stay in 1 office, 1 more phone call,
thx to everyone who has replied ,
