Hey everyone, I am new to this forum and i am scheduled to have my Roux-en Y on March 13 at the Barix Clinic. My Pre Op tests are tomorrow and I am so excited ,but now some nerves are setting in. Anyone have any advice? Anything would be appreciated. Thanks! Alex

Alex, Congratulations on your WLS date. That is coming right up soon. What you are feeling is quite normal. Take a deep breath and relax, and follow your doctor's orders. We will save you a seat on the loser's bench. Good Luck to you. Phyllis

Hey Alex, Your feelings of excitement & nerves is the normal reaction. Just wanted to wish you the best with your surgery & your recovery. Just remember to try & walk as much as you can after surgery it helps so much with your recovery. Take care & again good luck to you. You will be on the losers side in no time
